Platform Rules & Terms
These rules explain how Exodus Opportunity Group games, wallets, tickets and prize fulfilment work. Please read carefully before participating. By playing or funding your wallet you agree to these rules.
Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old and have a valid account on Exodus.
- Only one account per person is allowed unless explicitly permitted by Exodus.
- Exodus reserves the right to suspend or ban accounts suspected of fraud or abuse.
Wallet & Transactions
Your wallet stores EXUS (platform currency). EXUS is credited when you fund via supported payment methods (e.g. Paystack). All wallet actions are recorded in your transaction history.
- Funding: When a payment is confirmed your EXUS balance is updated immediately and a transaction is recorded.
- Conversion: 1 ₦ → 1 EXUS by default (can be changed by Exodus announcements).
- Security: Keep your account credentials secure. Exodus will never ask for your password by email.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued only in accordance with our payment provider rules and internal review.
Ticket Purchase & Availability
Games are sold as a fixed number of slots. Each ticket purchase reduces available slots by one (or more depending on selection).
- Tickets can only be purchased by logged-in users with sufficient EXUS balance.
- Ticket price and number of slots are shown on each game's page. The admin sets these values.
- When all slots are sold the game status becomes Completed and no further tickets can be bought.
- Ticket purchases are processed atomically — once confirmed the transaction cannot be reversed except via support review.
Gameplay & Winner Selection
- Games operate as described on the game page. Some use random draws, others use deterministic selection — rules are stated per game.
- Winners are selected using the algorithm described on the game page. Winning draws and results are logged.
- In the event of a tie, the tie-break mechanism shown in the game description applies.
- Exodus reserves the right to cancel or void a game if significant technical issues occur; affected users will be refunded EXUS.
Prizes & Fulfilment
- Prizes described on each game page are accurate at time of posting. Exodus will contact winners using their registered email/phone.
- Physical prize delivery costs and timelines are described per offer. Some prizes may require identity verification and shipping information.
- If a winner cannot be contacted after a reasonable period, rules for reallocation (if any) will apply as described per game.
Responsible Gaming
Exodus encourages responsible participation. Set limits on how much you spend and play for enjoyment.
- If you suspect problem play, please contact support to pause or close your account.
- Exodus may implement or require spending/wallet limits for accounts at our discretion.
Disputes & Appeals
- Any dispute should be raised within 14 days of the transaction or result via support@exodusgroup.ng.
- Provide transaction ID, screenshots, and a clear explanation. We investigate and aim to respond within 5 business days.
- Decisions made by Exodus after investigation are final, except where legal/regulatory obligations require otherwise.
Data & Privacy
We collect and store data to operate the platform (see Privacy Policy). By using Exodus you consent to our data practices.
